The RG35 is a 12kW dual evaporator split air conditioning system. The evaporators front and rear are integrated in RHS boxed enclosures which are mounted on the outside of the vehicle.

The ducting interface is custom designed to suit the vehicle-specific roof/turret layout.

Mounting brackets are designed to suit the required interfaces. Each evaporator has one dual scroll blower to allow for high pressure losses in constrained air ducts and a condenser core assembly is mounted on vehicle engine cooling pack (radiator). The 121cc displacement (engine driven) compressor is mounted to be directly belt driven from the vehicle engine. A fresh air blower unit with cyclones and pleated media filter cartridges is part of the rear evaporator unit.
